Preston Rowe Paterson WA joined as a Member Office of Preston Rowe Paterson Australia Pty Ltd. Being part of a nation-wide group has enhanced the overall service and professional development on an Australia wide basis with interactive support.

1993-1998 - Paterson Property Consultants

1991-1993 – David Barnao & Co – Partner Broad spectrum of valuation assignments undertaken, predominantly commercial valuations and the development of a consultancy role with emphasis on acquisition and management of commercial investment properties.

1984-1991 R&I Bank (BankWest) – Manager of Valuations Department
Bank valuation experience was largely orientated towards financing commercial property and other valuation advice. Other matters included acquisition and disposal of properties for Bank purposes, consultation and negotiating the Banks rent reviews for banking premises and acquiring additional premises to be lease from other parties. As the most senior Valuer the majority of valuations undertaken were for complex and specialised properties, including licensed premises, caravan parks and subdivision proposals.
